It is the Sport of Fitness
It is constantly varied, functional movement. It is for everyone at every fitness level. It is freedom from a routine that doesn’t work. Freedom from boring workouts and unhealthy habits. Freedom to find out what one is really made of. Freedom to have fun in life and get back to playing. Freedom to do something different and do it good!
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words
Eat meat and vegetables. Nuts and seed, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift (healthlift), clean, squat, presses, clean & jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Five or six times per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
